WHAT TO EXPECT FROM INNOVATIVE CLEANING SOLUTIONS

At Your Consultation

Once you've set up an appointment for a free, no-obligation, in-house cleaning consultation. At the scheduled time, an Innovative Cleaning representative will arrive wearing Innovative Cleaning attire. While in your home, we will work with you to create a Cleaning Plan, discuss the cost, and set mutual expectations for satisfaction and success. During the consultation, we will take the time to estimate your home & cleaning needs. We offer a great deal of flexible professional cleaning and this meeting is a great opportunity to discuss:

  • ​Areas you’d like to receive special attention

  • Rooms you would like to have emphasized or de-emphasized

  • Special projects you’d like to have tackled, like refrigerator or oven cleaning

  • What you liked and did not like about any cleaning services you’ve used in the past

  • Cleaning supplies, disinfectants, green cleaning, etc. cleaning frequency and your preferred day of service.

​Weekly or biweekly services is our customers’ most popular cleaning schedule. We’re also happy to provide less-frequent cleanings to suit your needs:  monthly, and one-time cleanings for special events or moving in / moving out. The frequency you choose is dependent on your lifestyle and budget. We will provide you with options so you can choose what works best for you. At the end of the in-home consultation, the Innovative Cleaning representative can go over policies, paperwork, and schedule your first cleaning appointment. Our representative looks forward to working with you directly to create a cleaning plan that meets your needs and matches your budget.

 

Before the Clean

Before your cleaning team arrives, they review the details of your cleaning plan so they know exactly what you want. Most customers are either at work or busy with other plans when we clean, so it's quite common for them to provide us with their garage code or spare key. For added security, we cross-reference all house keys. But if you don't feel comfortable leaving us a key or door code, please make sure someone is home during the scheduled cleaning time. If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, just call. We appreciate a 72-hour notice, but understand that some situations are just unavoidable. When shorter notice is given, however, we may charge a small fee.

 

During the Clean

We only hire caring workers who have the right to work in the United States. All are subjected to a comprehensive background check and drug testing. Once completed, they are then trained extensively in the Innovative Clean method of cleaning. If you’re home when your cleaning professionals arrive, that’s great. Our team will happily work around you allowing for your normal activities in the home. If you’re not home, our team will dust, vacuum, and scrub while you're out enjoying some free time. Our crew's complete work along with a smile and an attitude will earn your respect, we arrive with our own cleaning supplies. Of course, not all homes are lived in the same way, and cleaning thoroughly sometimes means staying a little longer than usual at a home to give it some extra attention. Our teams spend the time needed to get the best possible result.​ Payment is requested at the time of the cleaning. We accept:

After your First Clean

After the initial visit, you will receive a follow-up survey the next day via text asking for your feedback on the service. If you would ever like to have changes made to your service, the office will gladly make the adjustments on your account, and those changes will be reflected in your cleaner's work on their next visit. Know that if for any reason we don’t meet your expectations, we will come back and fulfill our guarantee on our work. Just notify us within 24 hours about any issue at all, including any oversight or misunderstanding regarding the specification of Your Cleaning Plan. If something is damaged during the course of a cleaning, then we will make every effort to repair, or when necessary, replace the damaged item. That's because we provide all the necessary insurance to protect your home, your property, and your cleaners!
