Site Use Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property, and third-party rights.
Anything outside of our agreed-upon scope of work including the cleaning of rooms not originally included in the estimate/bid are considered add-ons. All add-ons must be scheduled ahead of time and may require an additional appointment.
Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC does not use bleach. If the client requests the use of bleach, Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any damage it may cause.
We cannot guarantee the results of blind cleaning and may require an additional charge.
Breakage or Damage:
We are as careful as possible while we are cleaning your home, however, sometimes damage does occur. It is our policy to notate the incident/breakage on your checklist letting you know if anything has been broken or damaged. We will also contact you by phone as soon as possible to let you know about the damage. At that time, we can discuss if you would like the item replaced or repaired. We are not responsible for the damage incurred by the improper installation of an object. Please advise us of any items that may not be properly installed such as blinds, pictures, curtain rods, loose carpet, etc. All items are assumed to be hung properly and all surfaces are assumed to be sealed unless we are notified otherwise. We do not accept liability for items damaged prior to our cleaning. Items that are antique, irreplaceable, hard to find, etc. are not covered by our breakage policy. Please remove these items on the day of your cleaning.
Business and visiting hours fall between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. and services are usually completed during this time. Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC does not accept time specific calls as we can not guarantee specific times accurately. We reserve the right to cancel scheduled cleanings due to inclement weather. Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC does not do holiday visits. If your scheduled day falls on a holiday, Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC will call to reschedule.
It is our policy to keep all matters regarding our clients and their homes confidential. We do not discuss our clients with other clients nor do we discuss them with other people. The cleaners are required to sign a confidentiality agreement with Innovative Clean. A copy of this will be provided, upon request. We do not share your personal or credit information with any other parties, except the proper authorities if necessary.
Confidential Documents or Items:
Please be sure that any confidential or potentially illegal documents or substances are put away before the cleaning team arrives.
You will be assigned 1 cleaner or a team of 2 cleaners when beginning with our cleaning service. You will have the same cleaner(s) on a regular basis. We will not substitute your cleaner(s) without prior authorization from you. Your cleaner is bonded, insured, and has workers’ compensation insurance only when working for Innovative Clean. A copy of these documents is available, upon request. Our employees have also been instructed not to lift any items over 20 pounds. Employees are also not permitted to “run errands” of any kind. If anyone in your household has a medical issue that could result in the cleaner’s ill health we ask that you make us aware of that situation. Items to be cleaned must be reachable with a 2-step ladder or extension pole, items to be cleaned are cleaned in place to reduce the risk of breakage, and Innovative Cleaning Solutions does not move items more than 35 pounds to protect our employees from injury. If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning.

Birthday Promotions: For our client's birthday, we offer a $25 gift card. Along with a birthday card. This is our way of saying thank you to our customers.
The client will provide for the use by the Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC the following supplies and equipment: Toilet brush, dustpan/broom, and a carpet vacuum. We provide all the other supplies and necessary equipment.
Your email address and cell phone are required for receiving appointment reminders & updates. Please keep an eye out for these communications from Innovative Cleaning Solutions. You should also receive a reminder text the day before your appointment. If you don’t receive your reminders, please call the office where we can correct the issue.
Direct Hire of Employee:
If you would like to hire a present or past Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC staff member for any house cleaning service outside of your agreement with Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC, our referral fee is $2,500. All employees of IC’s of Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC are under a non-compete contract for a period of one year.
Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
Entry Into The Home:
There is no need to disarm your alarm on the day of our cleaning. Contact your alarm company and they will give you a code that is unique for our cleaning service. Please notify us if the alarm code changes. If there will be nobody home at the time of service, the client agrees to provide Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC a copy of the house key, a special alarm/garage code, or the client agrees to be home. If the alarm is triggered, Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any fees associated with the alarm. Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC agrees to keep keys and other client information secure and confidential. Locksmith fees are paid only if Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC misplaces the keys. If you choose to leave a key hidden on the outside of your home - Innovative Clean will not be responsible for your home or the contents before and after the cleaner is there as we cannot guarantee that we are the only ones who will have access to your home. Please do not place the key under the mat as burglars are aware that this is a favorite hiding place.
Cancellations must be received 2 days prior to scheduled service or full cleaning fees will be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pet or actions by any individuals on the premises. Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.
Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC wants you to be completely satisfied every time. If within 24 hours, you are not satisfied, Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC will come back to your home and re-clean said items at no additional charge. Some homes have at least one chandelier or a vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. These areas will not be covered by our service guarantee.
The home thermostat must be set to a comfortable working temperature between 65°-75° while our cleaners are servicing your home.
Items Given to Cleaner:
Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC does not allow its employees to take any item from the customer’s home without having written authorization from the client. This is for both the employee's and the client’s protection. Items given to the cleaner will not be accepted in exchange for services.
ITEMS WE CANNOT CLEAN/DO:
We have instructed our staff to leave certain items untouched, such as items or areas containing any body fluids or secretions and litter boxes. If your pet has an accident or vomits, it will be your responsibility to clean it up. Our teams are advised to clean around these areas. Seasonal insect infestation can also be a problem and may prevent us from completely cleaning your home. If ants, termites, roaches, fleas, etc., are encountered, we will not clean or vacuum the area. We will leave you a note, or call you regarding the problem. We do not clean inside curio cabinets. If you have other items you prefer we not clean or handle, please call the office and we will arrange to avoid those items. Our staff cannot climb higher than a step stool, work on the outside of your home, move furniture that contains electronics, lift any objects over 35 pounds, prepare meals, provide any pet or children-related services, or empty diaper pails. We do not move heavy or large furniture.
As a courtesy to your cleaner if you or anyone in your household is ill with a contagious illness please cancel your cleaning service. Your cleaner is required to provide you with the same courtesy. The 72-hour cancellation fee will not apply if canceling for illness. Please call before 7:00 AM if you need to cancel on the day of cleaning due to sickness or an emergency.
We require an initial cleaning at the start of all recurring service agreements. It is imperative that this Initial cleaning takes place, as it provides our baseline clean. Initial cleanings do take more time and will cost more than your usual cost. We will not wave our initial cleaning for any reason.
Innovative Cleaning Solutions ask you to secure any pet who may get overanxious, stressed, or maybe a threat. We cannot accept any responsibility for any incidents arising while we are in the home related to your pet. We cannot be responsible for pets that “escape” when our cleaners are entering/exiting your home.
A valid credit/debit card is required and will be kept on file at all times for transactions such as non-entry fees, cancellation fees, and non-payment charges. The client will provide Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC with a valid credit card and I.D. Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC agrees to hold the client’s card information on file and not charge clients before the morning of service. The client understands payment is due the morning of service or service is placed on hold. If for any reason a cleaner of Innovative Clean feels that their personal safety is in danger enough to leave the job site due to actions by the client, the client’s guests, or animals, the client will be held liable for the full cost of services.
Innovative Cleaning Solutions, LLC reserves the right to re-evaluate rates at any time based on the time it takes to perform our service to meet the client’s standards. Once a year we will re-evaluate. This will be the time to reassess your home, your home's needs, and renew the service agreement. This process may present an increase/decrease, or no change in the services, cleaner(s), or payments rendered.
A $35.00 fee will be charged for each check returned by the bank for insufficient funds. Any additional fees imposed by the bank will also be charged to the client.
Will earn you a $25 credit, credited after the initial cleaning has been completed for your referral! We offer a free service for every 6 clients you refer to us for that particular service within the same calendar year.
We do not clean television/computer screens (we dust them and wipe the frames).
Items to be cleaned must be reachable with a 2-step ladder or extension pole, items to be cleaned are cleaned in place to reduce the risk of breakage, and Innovative Cleaning Solutions does not move items more than 35 pounds to protect our employees from injury. If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning. If you opt-out of the deep clean Innovative Cleaning Solutions will not be doing any of the listed items on the top-to-bottom list and will not have time to clean build-up in the home. The house should be tidy at our arrival so we can dedicate time to the cleaning of your home.
Please call the office in advance to request any extra/change of cleaning. Advance notice is recommended. We do have an hourly rate for special projects. Such as de-cluttering, walk-in attics, and basements, garage cleanout, the party set up/clean up, etc. Please call ahead to schedule a separate session for special projects. These cannot be added to your normal cleaning routine.
If you skip a cleaning there will be an additional charge of 35% of the full cost to cover additional time to clean. If Innovative Cleaning Solutions cancels for any reason, this will not be applied to your account.
In the event that you no longer require our services, we ask that you give a thirty (30) day notice. This gives us time to replace your cleaner’s job with another so that the cleaner does not have an interruption of income.
Innovative Cleaning Solutions reserves the right to terminate services at any time by providing at least 2-day notice. All past due payments must be paid immediately.
Some people tip their cleaner. This is a personal decision and is not required. Any tips sent to the office will go directly to your cleaner.
If you are going on a vacation, we ask that you give us advance notice. Please remember that your cleaner depends upon this money as their income. If possible, we ask that you reschedule the cleaning date. Your cleaner also takes vacations during the year. When this occurs, you have the option of placing your service on hold until the cleaner arrives back to work or (If staffing allows) you may request that another cleaner takes over the job until your cleaner returns.
Innovative cleaners reserve the right to ask you to sign a waiver not accepting liability for items damaged.
The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on the website immediately. Please check the latest information posted on the website to inform yourself of any changes.

The information we collect about you is used to process your payments and provide quality cleaning services that meet your needs. This privacy statement explains how we gather information and how we protect your privacy.
By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information by Innovative Cleaning Solutions. Personal information (name, address, email, phone, home specifications) is required if you make a service request online. Other than using the information to verify your service area, provide an accurate cleaning estimate, and process your cleaning payment, the online data is not used by us further in any way.
Innovative Cleaning Solutions does not sell or rent customer lists. Innovative Cleaning Solutions may disclose personal information if legally required to do so, or if it became necessary to comply with legal process served on Innovative Cleaning Solutions, to protect Innovative Cleaning Solutions rights or property, or to take emergency action to protect the personal safety of users of the Innovative Cleaning Solutions website or the public.
